Donna Cappiello – National Sales Director
Donna came to Sedona Labs in the summer of 2008 with 25 years of experience in sales and customer service. Her extensive career spanned many industries, including fashion clothing and accessories, women’s toiletries and personal care items, home fragrance, licensed kids bath products, and automotive accessories. She has managed customer service staffs of up to 25 people, as well as having broad inside and outside sales experience. She has called on accounts in the department store, grocery, specialty store, automotive, club, and drug store channels, driving distribution and sales in all arenas. Donna has also managed external sales merchandising teams, sales staff, and sales brokers, and has been a contributing member of the management team at several companies.
Lyne Brousseau – Controller
Lyne began her accounting career with Cascades Multi-Pro Inc. where she was instrumental in establishing the company’s accounting systems and cost analysis systems. After 6 successful years, Lyne transferred to Cascades Sonoco, Inc. in Alabama where, for 12 years, she managed the accounting department for the Birmingham branch including financial statements preparation, cost analysis and budget, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, acquisitions and extensive business growth support. Lyne brings her extensive knowledge of integrated accounting procedures and software systems to her position at Sedona Labs where she acts as Financial Controller. Lyne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration – Accounting from the University of Sherbrooke, Quebec, and is a member of the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) Association.
Michael Lee - Product Development Director
Michael leads the product development and strategic sourcing efforts for the company. His international Pacific-Rim experience and advanced education allows him to combine knowledge of biology with business, marketing, and project management in the development of innovative products. Prior to 2005, Michael spent four years as a Graduate teaching and research assistant at the Cell Biology Lab while obtaining his Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Animal Physiology at Dongguk University in South Korea. He then served as a liaison officer in the Korean Navy for more than three years, receiving three Letters of Commendation from both the South Korean and U.S. Navy for his services. He joined the Sedona Labs team in 2005 after earning an MBA from Thunderbird, The School of Global Management.
Mike Howell – Quality Control & Operations Director
Mike brings extensive manufacturing expertise as well as operational management experience to Sedona Labs. He began his career in the US Navy as an avionics technician before working for a prototype developer. In total, Mike spent 14 years working in the aerospace industry ranging from military avionics to missile production to R&D/prototype development in graphite composites. During this time, he gained experience in high-end manufacturing and quality control as well as machine operations and repair. Mike then moved to the Verde Valley, where he managed a shipping department for four years prior to joining Sedona Labs, where he has been responsible for all aspects of operations including distribution, production, quality control, purchasing, product development, and facilities management.
Roger Braun – Distribution Director
Roger brings extensive knowledge and experience in distribution, working with multiple shipping software platforms such as the Harvey Computerized Parcel System, V-Technologies Starship, UPS Worldship, and FedEx Insight, Response and SAGE software’s MAS 200 system. Roger has been instrumental in the transition of multiple systems and operations in the past four years of the company’s history, and has worked with his shipping team in setting a standard of excellence where the distribution reship rate is kept below 0.01 percent. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University.
